Alvin sealed the deal no pressure good people I came back a week later all questions answered .... Thank you very much!! Airport Honda was fantastic. My salesperson Ken was low pressure and connected well with my wife and I. I cannot remember his Asst. Manager's name but he was easy to deal with too. I brought in an online quote from Cars direct and asked him to match the quote. Five minutes later, the deal was done. I had commented on Thousand Oaks Honda in my survey. My experience with them was rather limited but very telling. I had a deal in place through carsdirect.com to buy a Black Accord EXL from them. When I called Cars direct to have them get the car ready for me, they informed me that the dealer had changed the price on them by almost $1,000. I began shopping for other manufacturer’s cars and decided that Honda was not the way to go. Ultimately, I went back and decided to test drive the Accord and decided it was exactly what we needed in a car. Thank you so much with all your help on my Civic purchase.
