Everything was spelled ot before I got there and it made the car buying experience seamless and enjoyable.

I recently bought a car at Airport Marina Honda. Robert was the one who helped me make the purchase, and I found him to be extremely helpful, kind, thorough, patient, and informative. I would imagine no one is crazy about going through the process of buying a car and dealing with the pressures, etc., but I didn't experience that with Robert. I highly recommend him. This dealer has changed since we bought our car in 2010. We used to get competitive pricing on oil changes etc and no hard updates. Now they are dong a tire tray scam that basically tells you your tires need replacing, also AAAreplaced my battery two months ago and they wanted to sell me a new battery. All of the fluid flushes and replacing were extremely overpriced and when I complained about air conditioner fluid top off costing $300.00 he said he would throw that in at no cost....then of course the air conditioning recharge machine was not working ...amazing coincidence. ... They continuously recommend service items that are not necessary. My recent visit they told me I needed new breaks and rotors. A $800 service item. I suspected that was inaccurate and took the car to a reputable local mechanic and my breaks are great. At least 10,000 miles left on them.
While Lyle (Service Mgr) was the one who checked me in, it was a serviceman who told me my car was not safe to be on the road. He said I needed to spend 4,330.00 before I put my car back on the road. I had to call my usual service man Jeff to find out what was going on because I am always taking good care of my car. I gave Airport Marina Honda three stars for the following reasons: First, when they recommended replacing all four tires on my car, I was already in the service department for four hours, going on five, and Manny mentioned it might take longer, so I declined getting tires last Saturday (12-27-2025). Airport Honda’s service department could not be more professional, friendly , on time, as well as looking out for your pocketbook when it comes down to what your needs are now, & in the future. PEDRO CASTRO is a shining star in their line up of service advisors. He takes the time to not only show video of what needs attention but to explain how critical or not certain things need be repaired or replaced. After dealing with Pedro we felt comfortable with our bill and our 2014 Accord Sport feels & runs like new.
